Adam Ferguson
Adam is a native of Southern California, born in the Los Angeles area. Moving to San Diego in high school, Adam went on to attend Cal State San Marcos where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with honors. Upon graduating from college, Adam was recruited by a large government contractor to work as a Federal Background Investigator performing in depth background investigations for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and others. Helping to protect the security of the United States, Adam executed thousands of background investigations over the course of his 15 year career. Adam went on to start his own business in the same field and enjoyed success as a small business owner for several years.
Looking to utilize skills earned in the field of background investigations and challenge himself in a new field, Adam recently joined his wife, Kristine, at Home North County Real Estate! As a new REALTOR, Adam brings a unique skill set sharpened over the years that will deliver results. His uncanny ability to quickly establish rapport, gain trust, effectively communicate, negotiate, and build relationships will serve clients with and unparalleled customer experience.
Although new to the real estate business, Adam could not think of a bettor mentor than Kristine! Working side by side, Team Ferguson will prove to be an invaluable asset for all clients.
When not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with Kristine and their daughters, Taylor and Brooke. Adam also enjoys running, baseball, soccer, traveling and playing golf.
